Triad Holiday House Tour:
Custom Home Builders Partner to Benefit Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
Something special is in the air this Christmas and for a good cause. This year, the Triad Holiday House Tour for 2022 will benefit the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Two exceptional custom-built homes by Building Dimensions and Wolfe Homes, located in Coldwater Creek at Belews Lake, are fully decorated for the holidays and open for touring
The beautifully decorated, custom-built homes on the Triad Holiday House Tour feature 3,500 to 3,600 square feet floor plans with four bedrooms, space for extra office (or can be a fitness room), four baths, and much more. The homes showcase stunning design elements throughout: such as elegant backsplash, gold-brushed hardware, and kitchen sink workstations in the kitchen, to a luxurious master bathroom with suspended cabinetry, soaking tub, and more.
The beautiful, home furnishings are made in North Carolina (and can be purchased) and enhanced by touches throughout the home by Specialty Interior Design. Christmas trees are decorated with unique and elegant ornaments that are sourced especially for the event.
Juvenile diabetes is a cause near and dear to Susan Mowery, owner of Building Dimensions, who has a daughter with JD who has benefited from the foundation’s research. “We are grateful to Wolfe Homes for partnering with us to benefit the cause of juvenile diabetes research,” said Mowery. “This disease does not discriminate and can affect any age or nationality.”
The tour takes place every weekend except Christmas weekend through the month of December. Entry fee is $5 per person. Click on the link for more information.
