Parade of Homes

Greensboro Parade of Homes
The Greensboro Parade of Homes showcases newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area. The Parade provides an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction, including new designs and products. Many of these homes are custom-built, so the Parade provides your best opportunity to tour them.
There will be a mixture of traditional open houses … as well as some homes are virtual tour only … due to being sold and/or under construction. Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free. We ask that attendees continue to follow CDC guidelines and safety protocols when touring the homes.
Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available for all Parade homes to preview in advance. You will also be able to access a digital copy of our Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan. Parade magazines can be picked up at area Harris Teeter and Lowe’s Home Improvement stores ... as well as Parade open houses.

One of the homes on display is this home by Builders MD. At the heart of this home’s kitchen is a fabulous island that serves the whole family. It begs for family and friends to gather round to connect and reconnect. Functionally, it serves as a sink station, has cabinetry space for appliances and storage, provides meal prep and serving space, and, on occasion, possibly even doubles as a child's imaginative playhouse.
The island is framed by the backdrop of a dramatic kitchen featuring beautiful lighting, double ovens, and lots of thoughtful conveniences that will inspire ideas for your own home. That's what the Parade of Homes is all about ... the opportunity to see creative ideas brought to life.

The prep area includes a prep sink, cabinetry with lots of storage, an area for wine bottles, and an ice maker. Ultimate Mudroom with Amazing Utility
This home by Chris Clement has the ultimate mudroom. The mudroom is so convenient, especially when you come home with your hands full. The counter area provides the perfect space to set whatever you have carried inside. A beautiful bench provides a seat where you can easily remove your shoes and then stow them in a cubby. Perfect storage is provided in the mudroom for hats, coats, shoes and umbrellas, right where you need them. The mudroom is convenient to the laundry area, so if you're coming in from a long day at work or play, you can easily offload clothing right into the laundry area without having to take clothing through the house.
