Greensboro Parade of Homes

Greensboro Parade of Homes - Spring 2024The Greensboro Parade of Homes showcases newly constructed homes throughout Greensboro and the surrounding area. The Parade provides an opportunity to see the very best in residential construction, including new designs, products, and services in today’s new homes. Many of these homes are custom-built, so the Parade provides your best opportunity to tour them.

Spring Parade of Homes is scheduled for
April 27-28 & May 4-5.

Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free.

Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction. Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available for all Parade homes to preview in advance.

The Spring Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, will be available in mid-April at area grocery stores and outside Lowe’s Home Improvement stores.

Sneak Peeks at the Spring 2024 Parade of Homes

This parade home by Dream Finders Homes includes a formal dining room. The space is elegant and beautifully trimmed with a tray ceiling and large windows. Formal dining rooms are not typical in new homes these days, but for those who like to entertain, it is a must-have. The short hallway that connects the dining room to the kitchen is outfitted with a butler's pantry.

For those of us who do not need a formal dining room, this space can alternatively serve as a nice home office space. The location at the front of the house means it's removed from much of the home's daily hustle and bustle. The windows make it easy to see when the delivery man shows up or to watch for a client that may be expected.

The nearby kitchen is quite large with lots of cabinet space and a central island as a focal point. The drop in cooktop and stainless steel hood make an elegant statement when combined with the modified subway tile backsplash. Eye catching and stunning countertops bring the room together.

Builders are putting their final touches on their Parade of Homes entries like this one by Keystone Homes. This home has a wonderful kitchen. It's bright and airy and the textures and finishes are full of energy. The builder chose a beautiful subdued color for the cabinetry, which really contrasts with the black hardware and compliments the white quartz countertops. The backsplash is unusual and brings a natural earthy look into the space. The kitchen island is the centerpiece that makes a great statement in its contrasting blue and has an ample overhang for friends and family to pull up a bar stool to enjoy a glass of wine while conversing with the chef. The primary lighting overhead brings a peaceful mood lighting to the space.

The kitchen flows into the den seamlessly, and the stacked stone look of the fireplace echoes the earthy tones of the kitchen backsplash. The entire space is very bright as large windows allow plenty of natural light to flood the space. This kitchen creates a great entertaining space as well as a comfortable gathering place for the entire family to share the events of the day.

Spring means it's time to start thinking about our dream homes as the Parade of Homes kicks off. Builders are putting their final touches on their parade entries, like this one by True Homes. This home has some special design features which stand out. The second floor primary bath is inviting with the choice of rounded mirrors. Across the room the big picture window brings in plenty of natural light. The floor, tub and shower surrounds are all done in a marble look finish and just around the corner is a very large walk-in closet.
