What would you do in your retreat?
This custom home by Chris Clemment is part of the Greensboro Builder Association's Spring Parade of Homes. A second floor recreational room is a great design element. Stylish custom barn doors open up to a large room with custom crown molding and built in cabinetry. This versatile, functional, and fun room gives the kids and other members of the family a great retreat that doesn't have to stay nice and tidy all the time.

The Next Best thing to a Butler!
This home by Chris Clement is part of the Greensboro Home Builders' Spring Parade of Homes. Hannah is giving a Sneak Peek into the Butler's Pantry. Most people don't have a butler, but this butler's pantry is the next best thing. Perfect for food storage and prep, this large pantry features plenty of shelving, as well as a food prep area. The prep area includes a prep sink, cabinetry with lots of storage, an area for wine bottles, and an ice maker. This butler's pantry will help keep the kitchen neat and tidy and will make entertaining effortless ... or at least make it look that way.

Ultimate Mudroom with Amazing Utility
This home by Chris Clement has the ultimate mudroom. The mudroom is so convenient, especially when you come home with your hands full. The counter area provides the perfect space to set whatever you have carried inside. A beautiful bench provides a seat where you can easily remove your shoes and then stow them in a cubby. Perfect storage is provided in the mudroom for hats, coats, shoes and umbrellas, right where you need them. The mudroom is convenient to the laundry area, so if you're coming in from a long day at work or play, you can easily offload clothing right into the laundry area without having to take clothing through the house. This area provides amazing utility that makes life simpler for the home owner.
