Hannah speaks with Cosmo Moody, the Triad Division president of Garman Homes, to give us a sneak peek of their up and coming neighborhood of Havenbrooke. Havenbrooke is located in beautiful Kernersville, just minutes away from Oak Ridge and outside of Winston-Salem. Not only is the location extremely convenient for commuters, the property is exquisite and serene. Garman Homes worked closely with the developer to preserve as many of the trees and picturesque landscape as possible, providing buyers with the best opportunities for home sites.
Favorite Things Collection!
Today, Hannah speaks with Cosmo Moody, the Triad Division president of Garman Homes. They give us a sneak peek at Garman Homes up and coming neighborhood Havenbrooke. Cosmo explains what is so great about Havenbrooke, which will be launching in early 2024. The Havenbrooke community will feature their Favorite Things Collection, which got its name because it has quickly become one of the builders favorite things for a community. Their first model opened early in December, and there will be five floor plans. It’s a absolutely wonderful collection, and we’ll show more in the coming weeks.
Brown Paper Packages Floorplan!
Hannah speaks again with Cosmo Moody, the Triad Division president of Garman Homes, to give us a sneak peek of the up and coming Garman Homes neighborhood of Havenbrooke. They are standing on the actual site for the new model home, which will feature their Brown Paper Packages floor plan, as part of their Favorite Things collection. Construction began on December 6th and is expected to be completed within 75 to 80 days. Garman Homes is excited to bring this model program to Kernersville as part of the Garman Homes builder brand. They will offer buyers two different experiences. The first is their Non-fiction experience, which is where a buyer can pick structural options and go to their studio to make their selections. The second is what is referred to as Fresh Paint. That is a community, like they are standing in now, which is comprised of carefully curated packages. Buyers will be able to choose their package along with their sales team on site. The Brown Paper Package model will feature a primary bedroom down, four total bedrooms, and will have one of those packages chosen for it.
Inspired Destination Cottages!
Hannah speaks with Ali, marketing ambassador of Garman Homes. They tour one of the fabulous Destination Cottages at Montrose Village at the beautiful Grandover Resort. Ali and Hannah are in the Isle of Palms Cottage, and showcase how these Cottages have been inspired with intentionality of the living space. Every room is unique, from closets to bathrooms to the kitchen itself. Livable spaces, where most time is spent, have been designed to maximize space, creating a luxurious flow perfect for entertaining. These are great getaway homes, beautifully designed with many thoughtful elements, breathability, and quality amenities that you typically find in an extravagant home. During the Grand Opening of Montrose Village at Grandover, Triad New Home Guide was able to talk with Betty Smith of Grandover Realty about the lifestyle built into the homes in Grandover.
Grandover is an incredible community that includes many different styles of homes and communities, incredible amenities including the golf courses of the resort, and also adjoining shopping and dining.
There are lots of different lifestyles and opportunities at Grandover. Larger homesites along the golf courses are reserved for large, custom homes. These beautiful homes are absolutely exquisite. Also a part of Grandover is Griffin's Gate, a cluster community of single family homes, with custom homes by three different builders. The community is a nice enclave of smaller homes.
Two other well-known communities within Grandover are Crestwell Manor and Crestwell Court, both townhome communities. While Crestwell Court is sold out, Crestwell Manor has additional construction planned.
Montrose Village by Garman Homes is the newest community in Grandover and is offering some exciting new options. Three different home types — the cottages, the pairs, and single homes. The pairs are townhomes with only two homes per building. The single homes are smaller than homes previously built in Grandover, providing an additional option to consider when a smaller home is more desirable.
In addition to residential communities, Grandover has also designated space for offices and commercial buildings, ensuring that favorite retailers like Starbucks and Publix are just around the corner.

New in Grandover!
There is a lot of excitement in Grandover and Greensboro this week. Garman Homes may be new to the Greensboro new home landscape, but they're not new to building. They've just broken ground in Grandover Resort with Montrose Village, the first Garman Homes community in Greensboro. This community will consist of attached and detached single family homes, located right at the home of Grandover Resort and all of its amenities. Sales are underway, and the first home should be nearing completion this fall.
