Greensboro Parade of Homes & Tour of Remodeled Homes - Fall 2026
The Greensboro Builders Association is the official sponsor of the Parade of Homes & Tour of Remodeled Homes, which provides an opportunity to see the latest in architecture and interior design, or get renovation ideas. Many Parade homes are custom-built homes, so the Parade provides the only opportunity to tour them.
The Fall Parade of Homes and Tour of Remodeled Homes will be combined ... allowing you the opportunity to tour both newly constructed and professionally remodeled homes. Mark your calendars! This is your chance to tour ... in person and virtually ... a variety of stunning homes and renovations. NOTE: Remodeled homes will only be available to tour the first weekend of October.
Fall Parade of Homes is scheduled for
October 3-4 & 10-11
Open houses will be held from 1-5 pm. Admission is free.
The Fall Parade of Homes magazine with information on each Parade home, including a rendering and floor plan, will be available online. Some Parade homes are virtual tour only due to being sold and/or under construction. Virtual tours, provided by Triad New Home Guide, will be available.
