In order to even qualify for the honor, a builder must show a customer problem ratio of less than 2%. And we are proud of the fact that the last two times the award for integrity was given, we were the recipient.

The policy cannot be cancelled by QBW, and is automatically transferable without cost to subsequent homeowners.
