R&K Investment Properties, whose homes win the Gold every year in the Greater Greensboro Builders Association’s Parade of Homes, received another accolade during the association’s Annual Awards meeting this year.
Rich and Kathy Dumas, the husband and wife team who own R&K, were named GGBA’s 2010 Builder Member of the Year in recognition of their strong dedication and commitment to the association and its projects.
Since joining the GGBA in 2000, homes by R&K Investment Properties have received 13 gold and three silver awards in the annual Parade of Homes.
