The Greater Greensboro Builders Association (GGBA) has recognized their loyalty, enthusiasm and dedicaton with its Builder of the Year award. They also received the Eugene Gulledge Award for their outstanding contributions to the association, building industry, and community.
Specifically, Disney Construction has completed three homes for Habitat For Humanity’s “Raising The Roof” project wherein area builders and GGBA members come together to complete a house during a week long “blitz”. Earlier Disney was recognized for its partnership with the Weaver Education Center and its work with high school students who used their classroom skills in the design and construction of a Showcase of Homes entry.
A project that is close to the heart of both Francis and Patricia is Room at the Inn, a transitional home for pregnant mothers in the Triad. One of the homes they renovated was named Amy’s House in memory of their daughter.

Mark Disney, shown with his father, has joined the company, bringing a passion for finish carpentry work to the family business.
